Christian Counseling
A place for your faith, your questions, and the whole of who you are.

If your Christian faith is an important part of your life, it can have a place in therapy. Rylee offers counseling that makes room for emotional wellbeing, relationships, and life’s challenges alongside your beliefs and values.
Faith and everyday life
Explore how your faith connects with motherhood, identity, relationships, boundaries, and life transitions.
Grace for difficult seasons
Bring anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, grief, or questions without needing to arrive with everything figured out.
Your voice matters
Discuss what faith integration means to you and how you would like it included in your counseling.
Faith integration that respects your choices
The role of faith in sessions is guided by your preferences and treatment goals. Talk with Rylee about what feels meaningful, comfortable, or difficult. If you would like prayer, scripture, or another spiritual practice included, discuss this together rather than assuming a particular format.
You are also welcome to choose counseling without a spiritual focus. You do not need to share a particular belief or feel certain in your faith to be treated with care and respect.
Is Christian counseling available online?
Online counseling is currently offered for clients physically located in Colorado. Discuss fit, availability, and your goals during consultation.
Will in-person appointments be available in Alabama?
In-person therapy in Birmingham, Alabama is coming in 2027. Opening details and appointment availability will be shared as they are confirmed. Alabama appointments are not currently being offered through this announcement.
You can bring your whole story.
Start with a conversation about the support you need and whether you would like faith to be part of it.
